Disclosed are an organic light emitting device which includes a hole injection layer on which Au nanoparticles are dispersed and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light emitting device according to the one embodiment of the present invention includes a first electrode, the hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, a light emitting layer, an electron transport layer, and a second electrode which are successively laminated. First Au nanoparticles are dispersed on an interface between the first electrode and the hole injection layer. Second Au nanoparticles are blended in the hole injection layer. |
