<p>Provided are a flexible substrate with improved thermal, mechanical, and chemical stability, a manufacturing method thereof, and an organic light emitting display device including the same. The flexible substrate for roll-to-roll processing includes a base film made of an organic material and an inorganic mesh pattern made of an inorganic material. The base film has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. First trenches extended in a first direction and second trenches extended in a second direction are formed on the first surface. The inorganic mesh pattern buries the first trenches and the second trenches.</p> |
