The present invention relates to a functional whitening cosmetic composition giving natural skin tone. The composition comprises 0.4-0.64 w% of Centella asiatica extract, 0.45-0.67 w% of gingko leaf extract, 0.5 w% of aloe vera gel, 4.67-5.45 w% of Galactomyces, 4.95-6.25 w% of Bifida filtrate, 0.1 w% of allantoin, 0.05-0.08 w% of vitamins, 3.0-3.25 w% of titanium dioxide nanopowder, 10.0-12.00 w% of compounding agent, and the remainder consisting of purified water to be 100 w%, thereby clearing and whitening dull skin as soon as putting the composition on the skin. The composition naturally corrects the skin tone to be the brightest tone of the skin, not to be a factitiously bright skin tone, thereby finding a point most beautifully shining in the skin and making the skin naturally shining. |
