In addition, cooling function is applied in a tip generating friction and accurate temperature heating test of the specimen is enabled through a structure that a testing container which the specimen is loaded is automatically exchanged by temperature. Therefore, if testing under a desired temperature of a tester, test can be performed under an accurate temperature desired by the user.
