The present invention relates to a conference record managing apparatus. According to the sound setting level of each mike compared to a reference sound level, the sound level of a sound signal inputted from each mike is adjusted to the reference sound level in order to be normalized. A speaker is distinguished from the normalized sound signal. Therefore, the distinction of the speaker can be efficiently and simply carried out without a complicated speaker determination algorism such as the separation of speakers based on the frequency band of a sound file.
