The present invention relates to a system for providing a targeted advertisement, capable of providing a targeted advertisement service based on viewer preference analysis and measuring the effect of advertisement based on a viewing behavior of a viewer, who views the provided advertisement, to provide an efficient customized advertisement. A system for providing a customized targeted advertisement, which provides the advertisement to a candidate viewing group for each targeted advertisement content with a candidate viewing opportunity for the targeted advertisement content, includes: an advertisement providing unit for analyzing needs of an advertiser and for analyzing viewing behavior information of a viewer, who may view the advertisement, to recommend the candidate viewing opportunity for each targeted advertisement content based on the analyzed needs of the advertiser and advertisement opportunity information and to recommend the candidate viewing group for each targeted advertisement content based on the analyzed viewing behavior information of the viewer and the analyzed needs of the advertiser; and an advertisement effect measuring unit for generating effect measurement data of the provided advertisement based on the viewing behavior information of the viewer, who viewed the advertisement. The advertisement effect measuring unit can provide the effect measurement data to the advertisement providing unit so that the advertiser can be given a feedback on the provided advertisement. |
