METHOD FOR CONTROLLING HANDOVER OF MOBILE TERMINAL

A method for controlling a handover of a terminal by a first base station includes the steps of: setting a handover parameter based on a handover policy; and transmitting a message including the handover parameter to the terminal. The handover parameter includes a service parameter. The service parameter is a parameter used when the handover condition of the terminal is determined to induce the handover from the first base station to a second base station according to the handover policy.
