The present invention provides an organic light emitting diode display device which includes a first substrate and a second substrate which are separated to face each other; a gate wire, a data wire, and a power wire which are formed on the upper part of the first substrate and define a plurality of pixel regions by intersection; at least one thin film transistor which is connected to the gate wire and the data wire; a light emitting diode which is connected to at least one thin film transistor and includes a first electrode, a light emitting layer, and a second electrode; and a passivation layer which is formed on the upper part of the light emitting diode and has a smaller area than the area of the second electrode.
