The present invention relate to a top pile used to reinforce a support force by improving the surface of a foundation ground when a building or a civil structure is constructed and a method for manufacturing a top pile. A helical blade is installed at the end of a pile unit vertically installed on the ground so that the end of the pile unit is embedded and fixed into the ground due to the rotation of the pile unit. A cone-shaped top unit is additionally manufactured with precast concrete and integrally assembled by being inserted into the pile unit.
