<p>The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode display device. The organic light emitting diode display device according to the present invention includes a gate wire, a data wire, and a driving current wire which define a pixel region on a substrate; a thin film transistor which is formed in the pixel region; an organic light emitting diode which is formed in the pixel region and is connected to the thin film transistor; a bank which defines the light emission region of an organic light emitting diode; and a data pad and a driving current pad which are extended to the data wire and the driving current wire exposed to the outside of the bank and expose a part of an insulation layer arranged on the lower side thereof.</p> |
