The present invention relates to a vitamin C-polyethylene glycol-vitamin E conjugate and an antioxidant comprising the same. According to the present invention, the vitamin C-polyethylene glycol-vitamin E conjugate has improved solubility in water and organic solvents; is stable and nontoxic; and can be hydrolyzed in vivo to discharge activated vitamin C and vitamin E, thereby being used effectively for an anti-aging cosmetic composition, a pharmaceutical composition, a health functional food, etc.
