The present invention relates to an exhaust gas purifying device mounted on a vessel. The exhaust gas purifying device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a catalyst module which reduces nitrogen oxides in exhaust gas by making the exhaust gas from an engine react with a reduction agent, wherein hydrocarbon is used as the reduction agent; a reduction agent supplying module for providing the catalyst module with the reduction agent; and a dehumidification module which dehumidifies the exhaust gas from the engine and supplies the exhaust gas to the catalyst module, wherein the exhaust gas is cooled down to the dehumidification temperature before the dehumidification process and heated after the dehumidification process to the temperature at which the reduction of the catalyst module takes place.
