The present invention relates to a blade structure for a high speed steel chopper, and more particularly, to a blade structure for a high speed steel chopper which has a vertical structure of a blade to cut round steel bars. The blade structure for a high speed steel chopper comprises: a cutting part for cutting round metal bars, and the cutting part includes an upper forming part and a lower forming part, wherein the upper forming part includes: a semicircular doughnut-shaped upper blade which has predetermined inner diameter and outer diameter and is detachably mounted on an upper holder; an upper holder which is formed on the edge of the upper blade to hold the upper blade and to transfer driving power received from a press ram of the upper end to the upper blade; and a semicircular doughnut-shaped upper base which is formed at the lower end of the upper blade and to which a cylinder is connected to the lower end, and wherein the lower forming part is formed in a cylindrical shape, has the round metal bar inserted into the inside thereof and is formed to come into contact with the upper blade, such that the blade is formed at the portion where the lower forming part comes into contact with the upper blade. |
