According to the present invention, when channel modulation is performed in a transmitter of a base station based on digital signal processing (DSP), a channel encoding is performed with respect to a paging channel (PCH) or a downlink shared channel (DL-SCH) to be transmitted and encoding and modulating functions are continuously performed in a transfer block (TB) unit for each user equipment (UE) or in a code word unit for each UE in the process of modulating an encoded channel into a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), so the PCH or the DL-SCH channel can be encoded and modulated into the PDSCH channel with a minimum number of instructions, thereby enabling transmittance in every transmission time interval (TTI). In addition, according to the present invention, since a base station channel card is implemented based on the DSP, the development time for a channel card is relatively reduced, source codes are easily reusable because the channel card based on the DSP may be implemented with lower labor force and development cost may be greatly reduced as compared with a channel card based on FPGA. |
