A complex optical sheet of the present invention comprises: a first optical sheet including a base film having a light incident surface and a light exit surface which faces the light incident surface to exit light, and a first optical sheet including an adhesive layer laminated on the light incident surface of the first base film; and a second optical sheet which is in contact with the adhesive layer of the first optical sheet, wherein the second optical sheet includes a second base film and a prism pattern formed on one surface of the second base film. The prism pattern is in contact with the adhesive layer, and includes a first prism and a second prism having a lower height than the first prism. A peak of the second prism is in contact with the surface of the adhesive layer without penetrating the adhesive layer, and a peak of the first prism penetrates the adhesive layer to be formed in the adhesive layer. Therefore, the first optical sheet and the second optical sheet can be integrated, thereby having excellent brightness and adhesion. |
