The present invention relates to a forming punch, processed by spray-coating with a special powder, for a magnet for a motor. More specifically, a surface of a punch head part of the forming punch, used in a process of forming a magnet to be installed inside a motor, is processed by spray-coating with the special powder, using a mold. Consequently, the wear resistance of the forming punch is enhanced. According to the present invention, the forming punch, processed by spray-coating with a special powder, for a magnet for a motor is inserted into the mold installed to extrude and mold the magnet for a motor. The punch head part of the forming punch is formed to extend from the top of a body, made of steel, of the forming punch. An upper side of the punch head is formed to have a predetermined curvature. The upper side and lateral surfaces are coated with special powder. |
