A device for transmitting a message according to the present invention, which is provided to transmit the message to a wireless terminal device, comprises: a database unit storing information on a message checking application selected by a user of at least one wireless terminal device after mapping the information on the message checking application onto information of the user, wherein the message checking application is a mobile messenger application receiving a message transmitted by a push service method; and a processing unit judging whether the message checking application selected by the user of the designated wireless terminal device is registered in the database unit if receiving a message transmission request to the wireless terminal device, wherein the processing unit transmits the message to the wireless terminal device using the push service method if it is determined that the message checking application selected by the user of the designated wireless terminal device is registered. |
