an outer gas impermeable container housing an internal collapsible bladder serving to hold the beverage; a dispensing means extending through the container and in fluid communication with the bladder; and a means to regulate the pressure of gas in a head space between the outer container and the internal bladder to be at least equal to the carbonation pressure of the carbonated beverage, wherein the regulator means is located within the head space of the beverage dispenser.
