The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a strain library for producing a functional protein, a strain library for producing a functional protein manufactured using the same, a method for producing a functional protein using the library. The library manufactured by the method for manufacturing a strain library for producing a functional protein provides diverse DNA translation initiations and/or elongation speeds in order to solve problems of forming an inclusion body, which is a limit of the existing method for producing a functional protein using microorganisms and further increase an amount of protein produced, and therefore, the method is expected to be used in mass production of diverse functional proteins using the library. In particular, a functional protein can be produced in a state, wherein a first structure of the functional protein is not changed, such that stability problem caused by a change in the protein structure does not occur, and therefore, the method is expected to be an original technology which can be applied to mass production of biosimilar therapeutic products. |
