1. A resource adjusting apparatus for adjusting a first resource which is able to process a job requested from a first information processing apparatus and a second resource which is able to process a job requested from a second information processing apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
a state acquisition unit configured to acquire information indicating a transition of an operating state of the first information processing apparatus; and an adjusting unit configured to
adjust the first resource so that the first resource does not process a job requested from the first information processing apparatus, in response to that the state acquisition unit has acquired information indicating a transition from a first operating state to a second operating state of the operating state, andadjust the second resource so that the second resource does process a job requested from the first information processing apparatus in response to the state acquisition unit has acquired information indicating a transition from the second operating state to the first operating state of the operating state;wherein the first resource is located in an apparatus which is outside of the first and second information processing apparatuses, andwherein the second resource is located in an apparatus which is outside of the first and second information processing apparatuses.
