The present invention relates to red pepper paste containing onion and a production method of the same, more specifically a red pepper paste containing onion and a production method of the same, capable of providing red pepper paste which uses bamboo salt and salted anchovy liquid sauce instead of salt for completely preventing various diseases caused by Na in the salt; of producing the red pepper paste helpful to health in relatively short time by promoting the aging and adjusting the salinity of the red pepper paste using the naturally fermented salted anchovy liquid sauce; of providing red pepper paste having the sweet and sour flavor of onion without the unique strong smell and taste of the onion; and of offering red pepper paste having excellent anticancer, antibacterial, antiallergic, hypertension prevention, diabetic treatment, diarrhea treatment, and constipation treatment effects. |
