PURPOSE: A lens attached solar module manufacturing method and a lens attached solar module which uses a lithography process are provided to prevent a lens attached solar module from escaping irradiated solar light. CONSTITUTION: A photoresist is coated on a disk(S100). The coated photoresist is dried. A mask having a lens pattern is closely adhered to on the dried photoresist. The mask is exposed by UV ray or laser cutting(S102). A mater is completed by using an etching process(S104). A conductive layer is formed on the master(S106).
