A wind power generator is disclosed. The wind power generator according to an embodiment of the present invention is a wind power generator having a pitch bearing inserted between a blade and a hub to be able to adjust the pitch angle of the blade. The wind power generator comprises: a main electricity supply part for applying electricity to the wind power generator; an auxiliary electricity supply part for generating electricity using the rotational energy of the hub while rotating together with the hub; a pitch adjusting motor for adjusting the pitch angle of the blade by applying a rotational force to the pitch bearing; a switch for adjusting either the main electricity supply part or the auxiliary electricity supply part to be applied to the pitch adjusting motor; and a control part for controlling the switch so that the electricity of the main electricity supply part can be applied to the pitch adjusting motor during normal operation and the electricity of the auxiliary electricity supply part can be applied to the pitch adjusting motor in case of emergency that the electricity of the main electricity supply part cannot be applied to the pitch adjusting motor. The auxiliary electricity supply part comprises an auxiliary power generator fixed in the hub; and a fixed shaft having one end fixed to the exterior of the hub, thereby restricting rotation and having the other end connected to the auxiliary power generator. |
