HELICAL PILE HAVING STRUCTURE FOR PREVENTING TORSION FAILURE AND BUCKLING, AND CONSTRUCTING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a helical pile having a structure to prevent buckling and damage by torsion which is provided to prevent damage to a pile body due to torsion of the pile body during construction using a helical pile and buckling of the pile body due to an overburden load loaded on the helical pile supporting load from the ground by having the front end of the pile body inserted into the ground, wherein the rotary wings provided on the front end of the pile body and the twisted shape of the rotary wings makes the front end of the pile body penetrate the ground when the pile body rotates; and to improve the skin friction force and front end bearing power of the helical pile; and a construction method thereof. According to the present invention, the construction method of the helical pile comprises: a step to vertically arrange a helical pile for the front end of the helical pile to face the ground; a step to combine a pile body and a rotary drive power shaft, wherein the drive power shaft is capable of being vertically inserted and drawn in a state without relative rotation, since the rotary drive power shaft having a connection protrusion provided thereon is inserted into a hollow pile body and the connection protrusion is inserted into a concavo part; a step of installing a pile body and an outer casing in the ground using a motor to rotate the pile body together with the outer casing so that the front end penetrates the ground; and a step of separating the rotary drive power shaft from a power shaft connection unit by pulling the connection protrusion from the concavo part by lifting up the rotatory drive power shaft, and pulling out the rotary drive power shaft by drawing the rotary drive power shaft from the pile body.
