摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a cholangioadenocarcinoma-specific methylation marker determining methylation status of one or more genes selected from a group consisting of TWIST1, HOXA1, SFRP1, PENK, GRIN2B, CDH13, NEUROG1, TIMP3, MINT2, CCND2, RASSF1A, RUNX3, CRABP1, GATA3, SEZ6L, SOCS3, and BCL2, and uses of the methylation marker. The methylation marker according to the present invention complements low sensitivity of cytopathologic examination of bile and facilitates an early diagnosis of cholangioadenocarcinoma with high sensitivity and specificity using bile, thereby dramatically improving the preoperative diagnostic yield.</p>
