The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a packaging film comprising a step for drying and pulverizing apple pomace; a step for mixing the pulverized apple pomace with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA); and a step for casting the mixture on a substrate. Acidity lowering and spoilage by acidification and browning of foods are able to be reduced using a biodegradable and anti-oxidative film according to the present invention as a packaging film for foods capable of being easily oxidized.
