The present invention relates to a location-based accident information sharing method capable of preparing for a dispute due to a vehicle accident by sharing blackbox images photographed by other vehicles located around a subject vehicle in the same area when an evidential image is necessary in the vehicle accident. The location-based accident information sharing method is performed by an application which is installed in a mobile terminal of a vehicle driver to request blackbox images of multiple other vehicles to a service server connected via a network. The method includes the steps of: providing a service server with current location information in every preset frequency; providing the service server with an image request message to request an image corresponding to the current location information; and acquiring, from the service server, a blackbox image which is matched with the current location information, and which is photographed by a vehicle located in the same area as a subject vehicle among other vehicles, and storing the blackbox image in the mobile terminal. |
