The present invention relates to an ultrasonic transducer (10) which has a swinging body (12) to generate and/or absorb ultrasonic wave and a backing (14). The backing has a first partial body (16) which is made up with a first material which has an acoustic impedance matched to a material of the swinging body (12) and is arranged in the back side of the swinging body (12); and a second partial body (18) which is made up with a second material, which has a large acoustic damping, and is arranged to the first partial body (16). In this case, the first partial body (16) is a conical shape and the bottom surface thereof is arranged on the swinging body (12). |
