The home automation apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a wireless communication unit which communicates with a user′s smart terminal device; and a control unit which transmits a visitor image signal to the smart terminal device through the wireless communication unit and receives a signal from the smart terminal device through the wireless communication unit to open or close a door.
