The present invention relates to a fermented feed composition including persimmon peel and a manufacturing method thereof, and specifically, to a fermented feed composition including persimmon peel which is manufactured by mixing rice bran, sugar, effective microorganism, salt and water to persimmon peel powder, which has been pulverized after drying, and then fermenting; and to a manufacturing method thereof. The fermented feed composition including persimmon peel, and the manufacturing method thereof according to the present invention can lower the manufacturing costs of feed by manufacturing feed with persimmon peel, which used to be disposed as byproducts, and can reduce costs required to breed livestock. According to the present invention, the fermented feed composition including persimmon peel is beneficial to the health and growth of livestock eating the feed, and safe food is provided to consumers who eat meat by manufacturing feed with persimmon peel, a natural material. Furthermore, the present invention has the advantage of providing a fermented feed composition including persimmon peel and a manufacturing method thereof which are able to contribute to the waste treatment costs and the environment by reducing the food waste discharge by recycling the persimmon peel which used to be disposed. |
