A vinyl attachment apparatus for manufacturing an unfolding type mulching film according to the present invention comprises an upper film and a lower film. A cover part including a cutting line formed along a length direction in a certain portion of the upper film; and a burying part formed at the left and right end parts of the cover part in parallel and covered with soil are included. The unfolding type mulching film may be manufactured by cutting the upper film along the cutting line and unfolding and expanding with respect to a border line of the burying part and the cover part. The vinyl attachment apparatus includes a film supplying part for continuously supplying the upper film and the lower film; a continuous attachment part for heat attaching the upper film and the lower film, respectively, continuously supplied by the film supplying part and forming an attachment line at the same time; a wrapping part for recovering an unfolding type mulching film continuously supplied from the continuous attachment part; a driving part including at least one driving motor and delivering power to the film supplying part, the continuous attachment part and the wrapping part, respectively; and a control part for controlling the operation of the continuous attachment part and the driving part. |
