The present invention relates to a highly conductive material formed by hybridizing carbon nanomaterials and metal nanomaterials having a higher-order structure due to multiple hydrogen bonding and a method for manufacturing the same and, more specifically, to a highly conductive material which forms carbon nanomaterials having a higher-order structure to the multiple hydrogen bonding between the carbon nanomaterials by introducing a functional group capable of multiple hydrogen boding to conductive carbon nanomaterials; and is formed by hybridizing the carbon nanomaterials and the metal nanomaterials having a higher-order structure due to the multiple hydrogen bonding in which a composite material is formed by mixing the carbon nanomaterials and the metal nanomaterials having the higher-order structure.
