The present invention relates to an automatic control system for construction equipment based on electric joystick control and, more specifically, an automatic control system for construction equipment based on electric joystick control including a hydraulic pump supplying a hydraulic fluid to an actuator by discharging the hydraulic fluid in a hydraulic tank; an actuator operating the construction equipment with operating fluid pressure of the hydraulic pump; a first electric hydraulic control valve individually installed at an inlet oil path on a piston side and an inlet oil path on a rod side; a second electric hydraulic control valve individually installed at an outlet oil path on the piston side and an outlet oil path on the rod side; and a control unit controlling the first electric hydraulic control valve and the second electric hydraulic control valve connected to the actuator.
