The present invention provides a scratch testing apparatus for measuring friction coefficient and anti-galling property evaluation. A scratch testing apparatus for both measuring friction coefficient and anti-galling property evaluation according to the present invention comprises a pressurizer which is vertically arranged and vertically moves; a mold material fixed on the lower end of the pressurizer wherein welding power is controlled by the pressurizer; a fixing plate in which the board to be tested is fixed on the upper surface; a vertical transporter inducing vertical movement of the pressurizer; a horizontal transporter; and a controller controlling operation of the pressurizer, the vertical transporter and the horizontal transporter, and performing calculation of friction coefficient or anti-galling property evaluation based on the scratch test of the board to be tested.
