The present invention relates to a system and a method for a real estate loan using internet banking. The system and the method for a real estate loan using internet banking enable a customer to fill an electronic document including a mandatory consent form, an agreement, a setting document, a proxy statement, and a financial instrument which are necessary for a financial product purchase and a real estate secured loan through the internet banking while proceeding with the loan; immediately notify the filled document to a corresponding customer after an authentication; and process the financial product purchase and the real estate secured loan when completing the authentication which confirms the received corresponding contents before a final selection of the financial product purchase and the real estate secured loan. |
