Smart public facilities include a main body which is a metal frame having a predetermined thickness and forms a plurality of display panels in a specific form at regular intervals, wherein the display panel is a module that a light emitting diode module and a solar cell module are integrally formed; and a support member capable of front configuration at the lower end of the main body. The main body has a local area communication module for local area communication and a charging holder at one side of the support member, for charging a portable communication device.
