The present invention relates to an aromatic compound having a fused cyclic substituent in an aromatic ring and an organic light-emitting device including the same and, more particularly, to a compound for an organic light-emitting device represented by chemical formula A and the organic light-emitting device including the same. In the chemical formula A: X is a substituent having structural formula X; Y is a substituent having one structural formula selected from Y1 to Y5; and n is an integer of 1 to 4. The structural formula X and the structural formula Y1 to Y5 are as specified in the detailed description of the present invention.
