The present invention relates to a system and a method for trading a land compensation bond by using an internet banking. The present invention includes the following steps in which: a customer accesses the network of a corresponding financial company through a terminal and opens a land compensation account; the system transmits information which is necessary for opening a security account to an agreement financial company if the land compensation account is opened in the corresponding financial company by a request of the customer; the agreement financial company notifies the opening of an account only for a land compensation bond by customer information provided from the corresponding financial company; the corresponding financial company, which receives the notification of the opened account only for the land compensation bond, notifies a compensation institution of the security account which receives the land compensation bond; the land compensation bond is deposited from the compensation institution; the system applies a discount for the deposited land compensation bond by using an internet banking bond discount system; and the applied land compensation bond is discounted and deposited in a regular savings account.
