The present invention provides an organic light emitting display device which comprises: a semiconductor pattern formed on a substrate; a first insulating film formed on the substrate to cover the semiconductor pattern; an insulating pattern formed on the first insulating film in correspondence to the semiconductor pattern; a gate electrode formed on the insulating pattern; a second insulating film and a third insulating film formed on the first insulating film to cover the gate electrode; a source electrode and a drain electrode for penetrating the first insulating film or the third insulating film to connect to the semiconductor pattern; and a pixel electrode which connects with the source electrode or the drain electrode, and is formed on the third insulating film, wherein the first insulating film or the third insulating film includes oxides.
