<p>The present invention relates to an air conditioning apparatus and a draining method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the draining method of the air conditioning apparatus controlling the temperature, the humidity, and the pollution level of indoor air may comprise a cooling operation step of cooling the indoor air, which flows into the air conditioning apparatus, using a refrigerant gas when a cooling signal is input; a condensate storing step of storing condensate in a water tank part when water vapor contained in the indoor air is changed into the condensate depending on the cooling of the indoor air; and a condensate draining step of draining the water tank part by operating a pump part, which forcibly drains the condensate stored in the water tank part, when the cooling operation step is stopped.</p> |
