The present invention relates to an exhaust gas recirculation system which comprises: an EGR valve through which the part of exhaust gas from an engine flows into the engine; an EGR cooler installed between the EGR valve and the engine, and cooling the exhaust gas which passed through the EGR valve; and a control part controlling the operations of the EGR valve and the EGR cooler, wherein the EGR cooler includes: an EGR cooler case; an EGR cooler inlet part into which the exhaust gas from the EGR valve flows; an EGR cooler outlet part through which the exhaust gas is discharged from the EGR cooler; a bypass line through which the exhaust gas flows from the EGR cooler inlet part to the EGR cooler outlet part after bypassing an EGR heat exchange part; an EGR bypass valve opening or closing the bypass line selectively; and a pressure sensor installed at the EGR cooler inlet part, measuring the pressure of the exhaust gas flowing into the EGR cooler, and applying a signal corresponding to the pressure to the control part. |
