The sensor device (1) has analog and digital switch circuit components as well as an analog to digital-converter (8) for converting analog signals of the analog switch circuit components into digital signals for the digital switch circuit components (2). The analog switch circuit components and the digital switch circuit components have a module for electronic execution of a function. The switch circuit components including the analog to digital converter are integrated as integrated switch circuit in a chip. The chip is made as semiconductor structure 1-poly-technology. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a sensor device.
