The present invention relates to a heat welding apparatus of a novel structure that is capable of performing accurate heat welding on parts which are small in size. The heat welding apparatus according to the present invention includes a main body (10); a jig (20) that is provided in the main body (10) so that parts (1, 2) can be put on an upper surface of the jig (20); a welding tip (30) that is provided to be capable of being lifted and lowered in the main body (10) such that the welding tip is positioned on the jig (20); a lifting/lowering driving device (40) that is connected to the welding tip (30) to lift and lower the welding tip (30); a load cell (50) that is provided on a lower side of the jig (20) to measure a load which is applied to the parts (1, 2); and a control unit (70) that receives a signal from the load cell (50) to control an operation of the lifting/lowering driving device (40). The welding tip (30) is lifted when the load that is applied to the parts (1, 2) is measured, the welding tip (30) is fully lowered, and the heat welding on the parts (1, 2) is completed. Accordingly, inaccurate fixing of the parts (1, 2) due to insufficient pressurization of the parts (1, 2) by the welding tip (30) and deformation of the parts (1, 2) due to excessive pressurization by the welding tip (30) can be prevented.
