The present invention relates to a material management method in an offshore structure construction. The provided material management method includes: a material information inputting step for inputting material information which is applied to the construction of an offshore structure to a management server; a material information classifying step for classifying material information which is inputted to the management server according to construction fields after the material information inputting step; a material supplying step for supplying materials to a construction field based on the material information which is inputted to the management server after the material information classifying step; a material usage information inputting step for inputting the amount of material usage in the construction field into the management server after the material supplying step; and a material information comparing step for inputting the material usage information into the management server by comparing information of materials which are supplied to the material supplying step with usage information of materials which are inputted in the material usage information inputting step after the material usage information inputting step. The present invention is able to not only efficiently manage materials which are consumed in a construction field and materials which are stored in a warehouse in case of an offshore structure construction but also predict the amount of consumed materials and the amount of preliminary consumption according to periods by using material information stored in the management server.
