The present invention has a main frame (10) having a light blockage part (14) and a light penetration part (16) formed by forming a space in the front end, and multiple radiation plates (18) in the lower part. A light source module (20) having LED lamps (22) and a reflector (30) are coupled to the upper part of the main frame (10). A projection lens is coupled to the front end of the main frame (10) by a holder bracket (50) and has an optic surface (42) formed on the external bottom of the projection lens (40) at a predetermined angle to refract light upward. The optic surface (42) has a texture formed by protrusion lines to irradiate the constant amount of the light emitted from the light source module (20); thereby increasing front visibility to make a user safely drive and easily check the contents of road signs. |
