The present invention relates to an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) business management system and a management method thereof. The EPC business management system includes: a work classification system database for storing a work classification system related to a production cost and a process by being classified with a field construction as the center; a business management server which maps and manages a facility and a work for each phase of the design, purchase, and construction of an EPC business based on the work classification system; and multiple user terminals which input various data related to the design, the purchase, and the construction into the business management server and read data stored in the work classification system database and various data which are produced in the business management server. The work classification system which is stored in the work classification system database arranges a composition which is built by standardizing a facility and a work or a work package with a field construction as the center. By using the EPC business management system and the management method thereof like the forementioned, a business can be performed within a given deadline and a given budget by visually analyzing a tendency about the deadline and a production cost which are core management points of an EPC business and tracking and managing a detail activity which influences on the production cost and the deadline. |
