The present invention relates to a cushion material using an elastic nonwoven fabric. On one surface of the elastic nonwoven fabric, protrusions and grooves are formed. A pair of the elastic nonwoven fabrics are joined to make each protrusion and each groove fitted to each other. Therefore, the elastic nonwoven fabric has a high strength to endure loads applied in the horizontal or vertical direction, and an excellent elasticity and resilience in any direction.
