A device for supporting and moving food dough ( L ) through at least one section ( A) of a plant for the production of bakery products, comprising: a frame ( 20 ) defining a plane (À) and a plurality of support elements ( 30 ) to support containers ( P ) for food dough. The support elements ( 30 ) are flanked side by side in order to define shelves ( 33 ) substantially perpendicular to plane (À) of the frame ( 20 ) and are susceptible to supporting a row ( F ) of mutually substantially coplanar containers ( P ). The support elements ( 30 ) are further superimposed on each other so that the shelves ( 33 ) are parallel to each other. The frame ( 20 ) includes two end rods ( 21, 21 ') substantially parallel to each other and operatively connectable to a transport system ( T ) of the type chain or the like and a plurality of superimposed cross members( 22 ) substantially parallel to each other and substantially perpendicular to said rods ( 21, 21 '). The support elements ( 30 ) are connected to cross members ( 22 ) so that each cross member ( 22 ) supports one respective row ( F ) of containers ( P ). |
