<p>A thermally-conductive and electrically-insulating composite composition is provided. The composite composition includes an epoxy resin and a filler. The epoxy resin has at least two epoxide groups per molecule, and a reactive diluent. The composite composition includes about 5 volume percent to about 20 volume percent of the filler, based on the total volume of the composite composition. An electrical component having a coating of the composite composition is also provided.</p> |
