摘要 For long periods of time, integral solutions in premixed concrete have been developed and commercialized, offering a high service level; respecting the uniqueness of each project of each client. Due to this experience, the company has become more efficient, since the agility of constructing and mounting a plant of premixed concrete has been improved. The company uses its own technology and know-how for preforming, in a modular manner, the construction of the plants in a quick, efficient and 50% more affordable manner than common systems in the industry at an international level. The company has carried out modular construction techniques and designs for the premixed concrete plants, so as to make more efficient the installation and operation of the modular plant with capacity of 50 to 70 cubic meters per hour. This characteristic will save 50 % of the investment and up to 75% of the construction time of a common plant. Usually, the premixed concrete industry invests in plants of 50 to 70 cubic meters per hour of capacity, building conventional plats, which are raised in lands of more than 5000 square meters, finding places close to their clients for satisfying the demand and providing service the period of time the works last, which may range from 6 months to 2 years. The aforementioned process originates a problem when the projects and the market generated around the construction industry are finished. The plants must remain or be dismantled by demolishing the facilities; this may cause an important loss of resources that could be recovered. Therefore, this technology must be recognized as an innovative patent since it solves this type of problems in an affordable and agile manner. The solution of mounting modular plants is an ecological project in a many senses, since the fact of recovering almost the 100% of the construction results in a process with no ecological footprint as the materials are reused in future projects. The modular plants only use a maximum of 4000 square meters of land, which are subsequently used for different things, construction of real estate, planting land, etc.
